- The original or certified copy of the Certificate of Incorporation.
- The original or certified copy of the Memorandum & Articles of Association.
- Identification of all the ultimate Shareholders of the company.
- Identifications of at least one of the company's Directors (Certified passport of Director).
- Identification of all persons duly authorized to undertake investment transactions.
- Establishment of the company's business profile in terms of nature & scale of its activities.
- Board of Resolution.
- Contact and banking Details.
