Business Introducers (BI Program)

Any individual or firm may establish a relationship with Windsor to become a Business Introducer (BI). As a BI you will be responsible for introducing clients to Windsor Brokers and maintaining your client relations against the payment of commission.


What Windsor offers BIs:

• Access to online trading 24 hours a day, 5 days a week
• Access to live prices, real time charts and account activity logs.
• Full technical and client support, either by email, live chat or telephone.
• Detailed monthly commission account statements.
• Full training for you and/or your employees on the trading platform and trading techniques.

Corporate BI:
In order to become a Corporate BI for Windsor, the following documents are required:

1. The original or certified copy of the Certificate of Incorporation.
2. Proof of address.
3. Full contact information.
4. The original or certified copy of its Memorandum & Articles of association.
5. Identification of all the ultimate shareholders of the company.
6. Identifications of at least one of the company's directors (certified passport copy of Director).
7. Identification of all those persons duly authorized to undertake investment transactions.
8. Establishment of the company's business profile in terms of the nature & scale of its activities.
9. Board of Resolution
10. A reference letter is required from either one of the following:

• Financial Institution
• Lawyer
• Accountant

Individual BI:
In order to become an Individual BI for Windsor, the following documents are required:

1. Valid Certified Passport copy
2. A recent utility bill (not older than 6 months)
3. Full Contact information
4. Banking details
5. A reference letter is required from either one of the following:

• Financial Institution
• Lawyer
• Accountant
