Any individual or firm may establish a relationship with Windsor to become a Business Introducer (BI). As a BI you will be responsible for introducing clients to Windsor Brokers and maintaining your client relations against the payment of commission.

Full training for you and/or your employees on the trading platform and trading techniques.


Corporate BI Required Documents:		The original or certified copy of the Certificate of Incorporation. Proof of address. Full contact information. The original or certified copy of its Memorandum & Articles of association. Identification of all the ultimate shareholders of the company. Identifications of at least one of the company's directors (certified passport copy of Director). Identification of all those persons duly authorized to undertake investment transactions. Establishment of the company's business profile in terms of the nature & scale of its activities. Board of Resolution. A reference letter is required from either one of the following: Financial Institution Lawyer Accountant

Individual BI Required Documents:		Valid Certified Passport copy. A recent utility bill (not older than 6 months). Full Contact information. Banking details.
